ABOUT

Building in today’s regulatory environment is time-consuming and expensive.  Issues such as storm-water quality, title 24 energy conservation, earthquake engineering, and handicap accessibility in combination with topographic, geologic, and zoning constraints make permitting projects in California a Herculean task.  At Engineering Design Group, we strive to streamline the engineering process, offering a multi-engineering discipline approach, saving you time and money.

Even a relatively simple project, such as a new residential home, requires fully detailed plans and specifications.  Engineering requirements typically include a project soils report, a topographic survey, a civil grading plan, low-impact development drainage system design and detailing, and  structural calculations.  At Engineering Design Group we provide the multi-discipline engineering to complete all these requirements, and more, to assist our clients in realizing their objective of minimizing cost and maximizing efficiency in the execution of their projects.

Our "turn-key" design and engineering services range from complex commercial and industrial projects to single and multi-family residential structures.   Our innovative design approaches, commitment to customer service, design, and engineering flexibility, have earned us a well-respected reputation in the building industry.
